Raised as an athlete, Scott has the knowledge and instincts to train a body efficiently and safely. Leveraging his background in human kinetics, Scott values form above all else, encouraging people to strive for their strongest, most resilient body possible. An inspiring leader, Scott pushes his clients to first empower the mind, and then redefine the body.

Paralegal, Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Trainer, Sarah is passionate about living a full, diverse and sweaty life. She is true believer in balancing a healthy mind, body and spirit. Drawing from her inspirations she looks forward to empowering clients and helping them find their strength and a mind body connection with every SWEAT workout.

Lauren believes that TRX is for everybody and every BODY! She empowers her class to push the upper limits of their comfort zone while feeling confident in their own ability. Anticipate a high energy class where you will SWEAT, laugh, learn and burn together.

Sarah loves to push people to their edge physically without compromising technique. With a background in personal training, pilates and now TRX, her classes are a total-body experience that leave you sweaty, empowered and fully invested in her “you have got this” attitude. Sarah believes in finding balance in all aspects of life, and she is excited to share her philosophy with the entire SWEAT Vancity family.

Cecilia loves helping people live an active lifestyle. Bringing her laser focus to every class, she enjoys motivating people to surpass their fitness goals. Cecilia’s classes feel authentic, because they are. With her trademark warmth, she’ll challenge you beyond your comfort zone. Cecilia is well versed in personal and group training settings and has worked to help moms and moms-to-be become strong and ready for the challenges of everyday life.

Melissa fell in love with SWEAT as a member and now shares that passion with the community as an instructor. Drawn to the versatility and potential of TRX training, Melissa works to empower people to push beyond their limits, encouraging their transformation every step of the way.
