2021-22 CLASS AND MEMBERSHIP POLICIES
MEMBERSHIPS AND CLASS PACKS
Class Package Expiries - Never lose your classes! Having trouble using your passes up? We are always happy to re-activate any unused classes with the purchase of a new 5, 10 or 20 pack. Exception: class packs bought during sales have a hard expiry date.
Unlimited Monthly Membership Holds - Need to put your monthly pass on hold? No problem! We offer 1 complimentary hold per calendar year for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 1 month. Exceptions to this are: COVID-19 related closures, pre-natal, post-natal, and a severe injury with a doctor’s note.
Cancelling Unlimited Memberships - We would be sad to see you go! As long as the 3-month minimum contract has been fulfilled, then all you have to do is email firstname.lastname@example.org at least 30 days prior to the date you would like to start your cancellation effective date.
LATE CANCELLATION AND WAITLIST POLICIES
We encourage you to use our waitlist, as spaces frequently become available.
More than 12 hours prior to class start time - If a spot opens up, you will be automatically added into the class, and will receive an email and/or text notification
(check your profile to make sure you are signed up for these!!).
**EARLY Cancellation: If you early cancel yourself out of the class or waitlist more than 12 hours before the start of class time then you will not be charged a late fee. If you used a class pack, it will be credited back on to your account.
2-12 hours prior to class start time - If a spot opens up, you will be automatically added into the class, and will receive an email and/or text notification. If you are added during this time and need to cancel for any reason, you will be subject to our late cancellation policy.
**LATE Cancellation: If you late cancel yourself out of the class or have been added from the waitlist and cancel less than 12 hours before the start of class then you will be charged a late fee of $20. No-shows are charged $25. If you used a class pack, you forfeit the class pass and it will not be credited back on to your account.
0-2 hours prior to class start time - If you are still on the waitlist 2 hours prior to class start time, you will be notified by a phone call or text message. If we are not able to get a hold of you, we will move on to the next client on the waitlist. Should you confirm with us but no-show, you will be subject to our late cancellation policy above.
You may remove yourself from the waitlist at any time provided you have not been added to the class.
COVID-19 Related Late Cancellation Policy
We ask that if you are experiencing ANY COVID-19 related symptoms (fever, runny nose, coughing, shortness of breath) that you stay home and do not come into the studio. We ask that if you have come in contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or has traveled outside of the country that you not return to the studio for 14 days and self-isolate as per government regulations.
You will be subject to our late cancellation policies and fees. However, should you test positive for COVID-19 then we will waive all fees. We will be happy to offer an extension or hold on your membership or class pack for the 14 days.
