WEDNESDAY POP-UP CLASSES

We are excited to offer a summer full of fun and variety as we showcase some of the top talent in the city.  Not only will some of our instructors be demo'ing some new class styles at the studio, but instructors from all modalities in our local community will be brought in to showcase their incredible crafts.  At 7pm every Wednesday night from June 13th - August 29th, we will be hosting classes from yoga and meditation, to barre, strength conditioning circuits, sweaty abs and arms, to strictly booty focused classes.  Keep an eye out as some instructors will be joining us for two dates!!  Register online with your class passes, drop in, or if you are an unlimited member of SWEAT, you are good to go as part of your package!

June 20th - 7pm - Extra Booty Blast Class

A strong class with louder music and sweaty postures focusing on breath and training the mind towards stillness. We will be building to a 'peak pose.' Finally, we'll chill - cool down poses and a savasana.
